This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, share, and, where permitted by law, sell Personal Information in connection with your use of our websites, mobile applications, digital platforms, and related services, collectively referred to as the “Sites” and “Services.”

Information We Collect
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to you (“Personal Information”), including but not limited to personal identifiers and contact information such as name, date of birth, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and IP address; commercial information such as insurance product interest, policy status, purchase history, vehicle and property information, insurance history, coverage selections, and related underwriting information; financial and government identifiers such as credit information, driver license information, and other information necessary for underwriting, fraud prevention, or servicing; professional or employment information such as occupation, employment status, employer name, and education level; internet and network activity information such as browsing history, search activity, device information, cookies, and session activity; audio and written communications including call recordings and electronic communications between you and us; and inferences drawn from the above categories relating to your preferences, interests, or insurance needs.
We do not collect biometric identifiers such as fingerprints, retinal scans, or facial recognition data.
We may also collect information about businesses and their representatives that engage with us, such as business name, contact information, EIN or TIN, and bank account information. To the extent such information identifies an individual, we treat it as Personal Information.
How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you when you request a quote, apply for or purchase insurance, complete forms, make payments, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our Sites or Services.
We automatically collect certain information when you use our Sites (“Usage Data”). This may include browser type, device identifiers, IP address, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, click activity, time spent on pages, and navigation paths.
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, session recording technologies, and similar tools to collect and analyze information about how users interact with our Sites.
We may use session recording and session replay tools that may record and analyze your interactions with our Sites. These tools may capture mouse movements, clicks, scroll activity, page visits, time spent on pages, and interactions with forms. Keystroke data may be captured except where technically configured to suppress such collection. Session recording tools are used for quality assurance, fraud prevention, compliance, dispute resolution, analytics, user experience improvement, and operational optimization. These tools may be operated by us or by third-party service providers acting on our behalf. We may collect Personal Information from third-party sources including insurance carriers, marketing partners, data providers, analytics providers, advertising networks, and publicly available sources.
We record and retain telephone calls and electronic communications between you and us for quality assurance, fraud prevention, compliance, training, analytics, dispute resolution, and operational purposes. By communicating with us, you consent to such recording where permitted by law.
How We Use Personal Information
We may use Personal Information to provide quotes and insurance products; underwrite, bind, service, and administer policies; process transactions and payments; communicate with you regarding products, services, and account activity; conduct analytics and research; improve our Sites and Services; perform quality assurance and fraud prevention; deliver marketing and advertising; enforce our Terms of Use; and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
How We Share and Disclose Personal Information
We share Personal Information with vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, including marketing vendors, analytics providers, session replay technology providers, IT hosting providers, payment processors, professional advisors, and operational support vendors. These service providers are expected to use Personal Information only for authorized purposes and to implement reasonable safeguards.
We disclose Personal Information to insurance carriers, agencies, and related entities as necessary to quote, underwrite, bind, service, or otherwise facilitate transactions initiated by you. These disclosures are made solely to provide the products or services you request and are not considered lead sales.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “sell” means disclosing Personal Information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
In certain circumstances, we may sell lead information to third parties, including insurance carriers, agencies, affiliates, or business partners. Lead information may include contact information and related details you provide in connection with requesting information about insurance products or services. We do not sell complete insurance policy files, underwriting records, or post-bind servicing records.
We may also disclose or share Personal Information with advertising partners, affiliates, or business partners for marketing, promotional, or cross-context advertising purposes where permitted by law.
We may share Personal Information with our affiliates for business, operational, marketing, administrative, compliance, analytics, and insurance-related purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
We may disclose Personal Information in connection with mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, asset sales, financing transactions, or similar corporate events. We may also disclose Personal Information to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others.
Retention
We may retain Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including legal, regulatory, insurance recordkeeping, accounting, reporting, and dispute resolution requirements.

Advertising and Analytics Choices

California Marketing Disclosure
